The 9RS (Reverse Stretch) is PTR's latest addition to its renowned line of 9mm pistols, embodying precision and power. This innovative hybrid combines the larger 9CT receiver with the shorter 9KT barrel, resulting in a compact yet powerful firearm. By utilizing the shorter 5.16" Nitride heat-treated barrel with a 3-lug and threaded 1/2" x 28 muzzle, the 9RS reduces the overall length of the firearm while ensuring superior durability and accuracy. The larger 9CT receiver enhances control by cycling at a slower rate, allowing shooters to maintain better accuracy and stability.
SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Constructed with a PTR HG1 Mil-spec anodized aluminum M-LOK® handguard featuring a finger guard, the 9RS offers a lightweight yet robust grip. The 4.45? steel Picatinny rail provides a versatile platform for mounting optics and accessories, while the traditional ergonomic grip with finger grooves ensures a comfortable hold. The dual-release system, featuring both paddle-style and push-button magazine releases, makes magazine swaps seamless and efficient.
